The 17th Annual Midsouth Championship Marathon and Half Marathon will take place November 7th. It has been awarded the State Championship Marathon for the Arkansas Grand Prix for 2015. The start will take participants up Hamilton Avenue which is listed on the Arkansas Historic Register. It continues along Hwy 64B until intersecting Hwy 64 at approximately the 5 mile mark!
The fun really begins when you hit what the locals call, “Bay Road!” Hwy 163 is designated as part of the Arkansas Heritage Civil War Trail and Crowley’s Ridge Scenic Byway. This is a USATF certified marathon, out and back course.
